FarmWorks Australia is a specialist provider of rural products and services to a broad range of agricultural producers throughout Australia and dedicates its resources on developing and growing FarmWorks WA Retail and Conquest Crop Protection (a wholly owned subsidiary of FarmWorks Australia) businesses.
FarmWorks WA Retail - supplies a full range of farm inputs to end user farmer clients through our established branch network in WA;
- Agronomy and technical services – independent technical information and professional services tailored to meet the needs of growers. FarmWorks Australia has an exclusive arrangement with Synergy Consulting to provide access to rural agronomy consultants on an as needed basis to assist in maximising our client’s productivity.
- Where appropriate, facilitate transaction services, such as insurance and finance products, through the FarmWorks WA Retail business.
Conquest Crop Protection – through its wholly owned subsidiary, Conquest Crop Protection supplies over 70 high quality crop protection products to FarmWorks WA Retail outlets and other markets nationally. Conquest currently wholesales its products to retail outlets in all states of Australia. We intend to grow our market share in the existing business and extend our product range to support a broader market base.
The two businesses operate independently. Significant cost synergies for both businesses are achieved by sharing back office administration functions.
Other investment opportunities that complement our existing businesses are continually being reviewed and considered.
